La Zenia Boulevard

The largest shopping center in the province of Alicante. Over 150 shops, restaurants, cinema, bowling, and more. Open-air design with beautiful architecture. Perfect for a day of shopping or an evening meal.

Torrevieja Seafront Promenade

A beautiful walk along the Mediterranean. Start at the marina, pass the floating submarine museum, and enjoy ice cream at one of the many cafés. The sunset views are spectacular.

Cabo Roig Marina

A charming little marina with excellent seafood restaurants. Try the fresh fish at one of the terrace restaurants overlooking the boats. The famous “Cabo Roig strip” is just behind – great for evening drinks.

Aquopolis Water Park

Located in Torrevieja, this water park is perfect for families. Slides, wave pools, and lazy rivers. Open during summer months.

Golf Courses

The area has excellent golf courses including Villamartín, Las Ramblas, and Campoamor. Many offer day passes for visitors. Our Los Balcones apartments are particularly close to the golf courses.
